Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.

Out of respect for staff and our other clients, we ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment you give at least 48 hours notice.

Your appointment and well-being are very important. So in order to provide you with quality service it’s asked-

*That any cancellation or reschedule be made more than 48 hrs prior to your appointment, if inside 48hrs it will incur a cancellation fee.

*That amount will be 50% of the reserved services or $50/hr booked, whichever is greater.

*If you are more than 15mins late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, as this could disrupt another clients service. In this case the same cancellation fee will apply.

*We understand that, sometimes, life happens. Unexpected things come up which are out of your control, changing your day.

*So ^first one’s on us! ^(first missed appointment or late cancellation). We will make a note on your file.

*We require this to be settled before any reschedule or subsequent appointments will be made.

*In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, part or all of your cancellation fee may be waived. (This is discretionary).
